A Clinical Analysis of Tennis Elbow

Abstract

|
The 105 patients of Tennis Elbow during the last 5 years were analysed clinically with follow-up periods of average 2.2 years.
This analysed paper showed not great difference from previous other report except higher incidence of female affection and higher improved rate of the conservative treatment including prednisolone local injection. It is thought to be higher incidence of female affection because they use forceful supination and pronation of forearm frequently during washing the clothes , in Korea.
The longer the period between symptom onset and initial treatment, the higher the incidence of recurrence.
At the end of this paper, several reports were reviewed, particularly about the pathology and treatment of Tennis Elbow.
